My favorite cookie shop, Milk Jar Cookies, now sells their cookies mixes at Williams Sonoma. You can buy them in-store or online. It’s my new pantry staple and so easy to whip up. It requires 1 egg and 5 tablespoons of butter, that’s all. Prep plus baking time are not more that 20 minutes and then you are in hot out of the oven cookie heaven. Grab a class of milk and enjoy. It’s perfect for all those moments when you really want a cookies (for me specifically a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie from Milk Jar) and you aren’t able to make it to the shop, now you can just reach in the pantry and your are that much closer to cookie cravings being satisfied.
