When a site you love publishes their 12 Favorite Dessert and Pastry Instagrams and you are one of them, you think ‘wait what? me? really? no really?’ then you get excited, then you do the ugly cry because you are excited. An hour later you look at the list again and are in sheer admiration of the amazingly talented people in dessert and pastry and then you think ‘I’m not worthy!’. That was me last week. I’m so incredibly honored and humbled to be on this list.
