Banana Honey Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie

Banana Honey Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie

makes 1 smoothie

Ingredients

1 ripe banana, quartered and frozen
1/2 cup plain nonfat Dannon vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup non fat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons creamy, Jif peanut butter
Directions
Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
