Banana Honey Peanut Butter Yogurt Smoothie
makes 1 smoothie
1 ripe banana, quartered and frozen
1/2 cup plain nonfat Dannon vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup non fat milk
1 1/2 tablespoons creamy, Jif peanut butter
