Can the Manila Machine, uh, truck on down to the other West Coast, ie West Africa?

Am having a crave attack. For anything ube.

In particular, ube riceflour cakes with fresh coconut shredding inside and a cheddar strip on top.

Has anyone tried ube pancakes with sliced salted egg in the middle?

Well, I’ll just make black millet pancakes with sea salt crystals and hibiscus-infused honey and pretend it’s what I really want.
